About the Role:
 

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in promoting Google Workspace for Education solutions to schools and educational institutions. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of education technology and relationship-building skills to develop strong partnerships with educators and administrators. You'll work collaboratively to identify their needs and showcase how Google Workspace for Education can empower teaching, learning, and administrative workflows.

Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territory, focusing on Google Workspace for Education products (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom, etc.)
   

• Prospect and qualify leads, identifying schools and educational institutions with a potential need for Google Workspace for Education solutions.
   

• Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations, tailoring solutions to address specific challenges and goals of educational institutions.
   

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of Google Workspace for Education by new customers.

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within schools and educational institutions.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Google Workspace for Education features and benefits.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest education technology trends and competitor offerings.
   

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless sales and onboarding experience.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
   

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education technology sector.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.

• Strong understanding of the K-12 or higher education landscape.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships with educators and administrators at various levels.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace for Education tools and technologies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for education technology.
