About the Role:

​

The Google Workspace Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting and selling Google Workspace solutions (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, etc.) to businesses and organizations. You'll leverage your knowledge of cloud-based productivity tools and strong sales skills to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase how Google Workspace can streamline their workflows and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territory or market segment, focusing on Google Workspace products and services.

  • Prospect and qualify leads, identifying businesses in need of improved communication, collaboration, and productivity solutions.

  • Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations, tailoring Google Workspace solutions to address specific client challenges and goals.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of Google Workspace by new customers.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within businesses and organizations.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Google Workspace features, benefits, and pricing structures.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud collaboration trends and competitor offerings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless sales and onboarding experience.

  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics (leads generated, deals closed, revenue generated).

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
     

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the software-as-a-service (SaaS) or cloud computing industry.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.

  • Strong understanding of business productivity challenges and how technology can address them.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with decision-makers at various levels.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and cloud solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for technology and improving business workflows.
